A Dry Fruits Packaging Machine Makes Your Products Last Longer
A typical dry fruits packaging machine consists of two major parts. The first part is the drying element which includes a chamber, trays for the storage of the finished film and packing drum or a rack. The second part includes a processor, an electric motor, a curing drum and air pumps.
The drying element also known as the dryer element heats up the air and removes the water present inside the film. The drying element and the air pumps help in removing air bubbles and moisture present inside the film to the chamber of the storage drum.
After removing air bubbles, the film is passed through the curing drum to seal it and then it goes into the bottom chamber of the machine for storage. This whole process takes about four hours. Then it is ready for use. During this process, the film is cut into dry pieces and inserted into the trays. In case there are left over pieces, they are collected in a chamber, and later they are washed off. After washing, they are put into the appropriate compartment of the dry fruits packaging machine.
Most of these dry fruits packaging machines are constructed with aluminum or stainless steel construction. This construction gives them a rugged look. Some of these machines have the facility to be fixed onto the walls or ceilings of a place. There are some of the machines, which are built with a fixed base which can be removed when required.
